A genre-defying fusion of experimental electronic and modern classical. Robinson's sense of musical dynamics are brilliant. These pieces are often extremely sparse, but he shades their simplicity with deft touches that add layers of complexity. I love albums that defy classification, yet feel entirely natural; albums that pull the unfamiliar into the light. This is a truly outstanding example of one of those albums.
